The Monaco Yacht Show 2023 is about to witness a grand alliance as Dubai’s prestigious master developer, Nakheel, joins forces with esteemed yacht brokerage firm, Edmiston. This first-time collaboration is set to spotlight Nakheel’s innovation in waterfront living to a global audience, reaffirming its stature as a leader in upscale residential experiences.

At the heart of this showcase, Nakheel is poised to unveil its latest architectural marvel, the Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah. Towering at 76-storeys, this ultra-luxurious residential skyscraper offers panoramic balconies that provide residents with sweeping views ranging from 180° to 360°. This allows residents to bask in unparalleled sights of both Dubai’s sprawling skyline and the tranquil waters of the Arabian Sea.

But that’s not all. Attendees of the show will also get a first-hand glimpse of Nakheel’s recently launched Beach and Coral villas, nested on Palm Jebel Ali. Fresh off the drawing board, Palm Jebel Ali’s masterplan reveals its ambition to become the centerpiece of Dubai’s burgeoning southern urban nexus. Comprising seven islands and 16 fronds, it adds a whopping 91 kilometers to Dubai’s beachfront. This new addition boasts the distinction of having the longest coastline among Dubai’s destinations.

Renowned globally for its forward-thinking projects, Nakheel’s impressive lineup of developments have come to symbolize the very essence of Dubai’s urban dreams. From master communities to commercial and leisure establishments, Nakheel has consistently demonstrated its commitment to pushing the envelope in architectural design and urban planning. Among its many feathers, Nakheel takes pride in its venture into the luxury hotel segment, with properties like The St. Regis Dubai accentuating its diversified portfolio.

Furthermore, Nakheel has made significant inroads in the retail space, most notably with the Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah, a shopping haven that has rapidly grown in popularity among locals and tourists alike. With this groundbreaking partnership with Edmiston at the Monaco Yacht Show, Nakheel is poised to once again underscore its prowess in luxury and innovation, leaving an indelible mark on the global stage.
